An exciting opportunity to join a progressive, niche surveying practice specialising in the primary healthcare property sector. This is an interesting sector that is diverse and requires a surveyor with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Who We Are
Primary Care Surveyors was established in 2009. We offer a complete and integrated service to general practitioners, advising on and implementing rent reviews to maximise the value of the practice property. We look creatively at ways to include other service providers, thereby improving returns on the property asset. We also act for many commercial landlords of such properties and provide advice on asset management opportunities.
About the Role
The role will be primarily to advise on rent reviews and to undertake valuations. Additionally, to advise on leases and proposed leases. This will need to be someone who is proactive and with high attention to detail. Client service is a key part of the role along with the need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to keep on top of the required paperwork. This is an office-based role but will require the candidate to travel to surgeries for inspections, our clients are predominantly based in the South of England, with some further afield.
This role will be closely working with the Managing Director.
